Conditions

1. Rooms are luxury retreats for couples.
2. The house is a smoke-free environment. Facilities for smokers are provided outdoors.
3. Check-in time is from 2.00pm. Check-out time is 11.00am. However, we are flexible and happy to arrange alternative times for our guests' convenience when possible
4. A deposit of either 50% of the booking or one night’s stay (whichever is the greater) is required to confirm your room.
5. The deposit is non-refundable unless the room is re-let in which case a cancellation fee applies.
6. Single night weekend bookings are available only if vacancies exist and incur a $25 surcharge.

All rates and conditions are firm at the time of booking but are otherwise subject to change without notice.
