Rates (inclusive of GST) are per couple and include

• scrumptious individually-cooked breakfast each morning
• exclusive use of beautifully appointed private suite and shared guest facilities
• rooms serviced daily

Conditions

1. Suits are luxury retreats for adult couples. There are no facilities for infants or children.
2. The house is a smoke-free environment. Facilities provided for smokers outdoors.
3. Check-in time is from 2.00pm. Check-out time is 11.00am. In special circumstances, we are flexible and happy to arrange alternative times for our guests' convenience.
4. A deposit of 50% of the booking or one night’s stay (whichever is the greater) is required to confirm your accommodation.
5. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable unless the room is re-let. A $30 cancellation fee applies.
6. Single night weekend bookings, available only if vacancies exists, incur a $30 surcharge.
